Thai Massage
Is traditional healing modality which has been practiced in Thailand for centuries. A complete Thai massage incorporates a traditional combination of acupressure, energy meridian work and stretching. It is different from many Western forms of bodywork in that the therapist uses a mat on the floor and the client remains fully clothed throughout the session. It is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. The classic Thai massage can be varied to suit a wide range of physical needs and can be used as a form of physical therapy to aid in the increase of range of motion and muscular strength.
Benefits of Massage Therapy

Whether you seek relief from tension, a boost in circulation, or simply a moment of blissful escape, massages offer a myriad of benefits. From soothing sore muscles to reducing stress and promoting overall well-being, each session is a journey toward restoration and renewal. Experience the profound physical and mental rewards as skilled hands melt away the burdens of the day, leaving you refreshed, revitalized, and ready to embrace life’s adventures anew.
Reflexology
Is an acupressure type technique performed on the feet and hands. It is based on the ancient oriental theory that meridian lines carry energy throughout the
body. Because each zone or part of the body has a corresponding reflex point on the feet, stimulating that reflex point causes stimulation in the natural energy of the related organ. Crystalline type deposits and or tenderness indicate a dysfunction and pressure is applied to clear out congestion and restore normal functioning and health.
Deep Tissue Massage
Utilizes various methods to relieve and eliminate hypersensitive areas known as trigger points in the muscle, tendon or fascia. Usually the trigger point is not the area of pain but digital pressure over the point will elicit pain in a referred area. Trauma is a common cause of trigger points either by direct injury or by excessive stretching and contraction. The trigger point is eliminated by applying direct pressure. Once the pain is reduced, massage can be applied to restore circulation to the area and remove the waste products.
Trigger Point Therapy
Is designed to relieve tension in the muscle, connective tissue and fascia. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscle. It is used to treat particular musculoskeletal disorders and employs a set of techniques and strokes to achieve a measure of relief. It is applied to both the superficial and deep layers of muscle, fascia and other structures.
Hot Stone
Is a technique using stones that are heated and positioned on various areas of the body. The heat and weight of the stones are used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and soft tissue throughout the body.
